SHIPPING
TERMS AND DELIVERY CHARGES
1. Deliveries to addresses in mainland Spain in 48/72 hours. All orders are dispatched on the same day when received before 3 pm.
Please note that orders to non-EU member countries may also be subject to import tariffs. We are unable to calculate the customs tariffs that buyers in each non-EU countries will have to pay on their deliveries.
DELIVERY
UNICSKIN S.L. will do everything possible to dispatch orders on the following business day (Monday-Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the day on which the order is placed.
Delivery times to EU countries are 2-3 business days and 15 days to non-EU countries.
ORDERS
To place an order, you must:
(a) Complete and place your order online using the website, adding a product to your digital shopping basket.
(b) Enter all the necessary information for delivery and billing, including your credit or debit card details
UNICSKIN S.L. reserves the right to reject orders. In this case, you will be notified as soon as possible and informed of the reason why your order has been rejected, reimbursing you for the entire amount paid.
When your order is accepted, you will receive an email confirming your order. From this moment, these Terms and Conditions of sale will be binding upon both you and UNICSKIN S.L. You will be kept informed of the status of your order by email. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can sort out any possible problems.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
You can only return products purchased through the UNICSKIN S.L. website for exchange or a refund. Products acquired by other means (shops, department stores, etc.) must be returned to the point of sale where they were purchased.
If you make a mistake with your online purchase, we will be pleased to exchange the mistaken item for the product you wanted to buy and return or charge you for the difference in price. The packaging must be intact, in the original condition in which it was received. You will be responsible for all postage costs. Send an email to customerservices@unicskin.com if you have made a mistake of this type.
If the Product is damaged during delivery, UNICSKIN S.L. will provide you with a replacement or will reimburse you for the entire price. Delivery charges for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly are payable by UNICSKIN S.L., and will be reimbursed using the same means of payment used to pay for the order. If possible, send a photograph by email to streamline the reimbursement process.
In any case, you must send us the original proof of purchase and the products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for UNICSKIN S.L. to be able to process any replacements or exchanges. Send a preliminary email to customerservices@unicskin.com informing us that you want to change or return the product so that our staff can help you to process the transaction as easily as possible. Keep the receipt from the post office until you are certain that the package has reached us correctly. We may need to check it if the package goes astray.
We will do everything in our power to process returns within 20 days of receipt and will send the reimbursement using the same means of payment used to pay for the order.
